Li Lin, the head of the Planning and Finance Section of the Urban Renewal Authority of Liwan District, introduced that the service center invited 10 companies including Guangri Elevator and Hitachi Elevator to station in, and also staffed the staff to station on site for a long time, and invited a group of elevators to work. Experienced volunteers are involved. The masses can comprehensively understand the preparation methods, technical requirements, application procedures, construction methods, daily management and other knowledge of the old buildings with elevators through the service center.
The service center's display panel clearly indicates the process of installing, using and maintaining the elevator. The Pan Bo, who was hired as a volunteer, was in a nine-story tower on Fengyuan Street. He told reporters that he started to install elevators in September 2015. By August 17, 2017, the elevators were officially accepted and qualified, and they have ran a lot of detours in the past two years. "It's really convenient now. I know the situation at the service center. The government service center is also nearby. There is no need to go through all kinds of formalities," said Pan Bo.
Since August 2017, Liwan District has started to promote the installation of elevators in the old buildings of “100 million people”, and listed this work as a district party secretary project, as a top political task. Li Lin said that under the condition of installing an elevator, it only takes 8 working days to approve the construction planning permit.
According to statistics, in 2017, Liwan District accepted the declaration of 220 elevators, agreed to publicize 129 before the approval, and issued 62 construction project licenses. After the introduction of the elevator installation plan for the old building of “100 million people”, the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of residents applying for the installation of elevators has been greatly improved, and the monthly average number of declarations has increased by 400% compared with the plan before the introduction. At present, there are 8 elevator installations in the district that have received 100,000 yuan of subsidies, 27 have been completed and subsidized, and 53 are under construction.
